As a Filipino-American Artist, Shalla is featured in the book, “Heaven Is Vegetarian: Art and Prints of Celebrities Who Are Alive and Vegetarian in Paradise”. Shalla acquired her training at the renowned Des Moines Art Center and continues to experiment with her craft.
