As a Filipino-American Artist, Shalla is featured in the book, “Heaven Is Vegetarian: Art and Prints of Celebrities Who Are Alive and Vegetarian in Paradise”.
Shalla acquired her training at the renowned Des Moines Art Center and continues to experiment with her craft. She has had solo shows at the Los Angeles Convention Center along with repeat exposures of her work for television shows as an Art Director for Buena Vision Television.
